Required documents for your NICOP (new NICOP, renewal, lost)
  • Picture taken by your mobile phone is required
  • First-page picture of your passport
  • A copy or number of your old NADARA id card
  • Copy of your parents/siblings Id card
  • Any legal Documents from the country you are residing in (asylum, Saggorno, Auswise, documents, residence, visa, permanent or foreign passport)
  • Your delivery address

First NICOP

  • Birth certificate with your parents’ name on it if you are born in a foreign country
  • Foreign country’s passport/documents
  • B-form or birth certificate (if you are born in Pakistan)
  • Copy of your parent’s Id card
  • A picture of yourself
  • Note: S1 form issued by Pakistani embassy/consulate must be provided in case NADIRA asks for it
  • Your delivery address

NICOP MODIFICATION

  • Picture taken by your mobile phone is required
  • First-page picture of your passport
  • A copy or number of your old NADARA id card
  • Copy of your parents/siblings Id card
  • Any legal Documents from the country you are residing in (asylum documents, residence, visa, permanent visa or foreign passport)
  • TO Update your marital status
  • Nikka name or marriage certificate to change marital status
  • DIVORCE:
  • Divorce papers or certificates issued by the court.
  • Modification of your date of birth:
  • Court orders to change your date of birth/name

Required documents for your Pakistani passport:

  • You are required to have your old computerized passport available.
  • Coloured copy of both sides of your NICOP card.
  • Coloured copies of your all passport pages.
  • Copy of your valid visa /residence permit.
  • Your photo (a photo taken by your phone will be accepted)
  • Delivery address and your fingerprints.
    Note: Aattestation form and coloured copies of parents’ Id card is required If the applicant is under 18 years.

Documentation for POC:

  • Your photo (a photo taken by your phone will be accepted)
  • Photo of the front page of your foreign passport.
  • Photo of your Pakistani passport and Id card.
  • Affidavit provided by NADRA should be completed by a Pakistani national.
  • Marriage certificate (must be in English).

Document requirements for FRC:

  • Copy of CNIC of all family members.
  • Latest photos of all family members.
